I’m a communication strategist, educator, and organizational learning specialist with a PhD in English Composition and Rhetoric. For more than fifteen years, I’ve worked across higher education, technical communication, writing program leadership, faculty development, and institutional learning. My work focuses on a simple question: how do people understand and use complex information? That has included teaching technical and scientific communication, developing training systems, leading writing and communication programs, conducting assessment, and presenting on the changing role of AI in writing and education. Today, I apply that background to AI literacy, policy communication, and organizational learning.PhD, University of Massachusetts Amherst • Former Assistant Professor, New Mexico Tech • Higher education program leadership • Technical and scientific communication • AI literacy and policy
